The house has 2 independent bedrooms, along with 2 bathrooms, a large shared living room and kitchen from which 1 is occupied by me. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and a glass skylight provide plenty of natural light to the living room and kitchen.
All bills (electricity, water, internet) are included. The flat also includes heated floors to make your winter days a little easier to start.
The house is located at the courtyard, along with the big garden. 5min walk to Frankurter Tor, where you can find U5 underground. Friedrichshain is the most happening place in Berlin, it is as center as it gets in Berlin. Bars, gym, parks, public transport, supermarkets everything in very close vicinity.
We are looking for a friendly flatmate with whom we can enjoy the flat share life, who can maintain a perfect balance of spending time in common spaces as well understanding the need for privacy. We love to enjoy life, party, have fun. Students, and young working professionals are welcomed.
