Da ich vom 23.01.23 bis 28.02.23 verreise, möchte ich mein Wohnzimmer (18qm) und mein Schlafzimmer (8qm) in dieser Zeit vermieten. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und zeigt zur ruhigen Finowstraße. Das Schlafzimmer zum großen, grünen und ruhigen Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer (2 große und 2 kleine), Küche und Bad (72m²).
Ich habe eine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin die als Artistin arbeitet. Sie spricht Englisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch und ein bisschen Deutsch.

As I am traveling from 23.01.23 to 28.02.23, I would like to rent out my living room (18sqm) and my bedroom (8sqm) during this time. The living room has a balcony and faces the quiet Finowstraße. The bedroom faces the large, green and quiet backyard.
The apartment has a total of 4 rooms (2 large and 2 small), kitchen and bathroom (72m²).
I have a very nice roommate who works as an artist. She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and a little German.
Friedrichshain. Zentral. 6 min zur U Bahn, 10 min zur S Bahn, 2 min zu Straßenbahn und Bus.
Viele Bars & Restaurants und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Friedrichshain. Central. 6 min to the subway, 10 min to the S-Bahn, 2 min to streetcar and bus.
Many bars & restaurants and lots of shopping facilities.
Mir und meiner Mitbewohnerin liegt viel daran, dass eine gechillte Atmosphäre herrscht, es ein freundschaftliches, respektvolles Zusammenwohnen gibt.
Wir haben es auch gern sauber.
Für mich ist wichtig, dass du meine Sachen ordentlich behandelst und Pflanzen magst. Sollte es für dich schwierig sein, diese zu gießen in der Zeit, frage ich meine Mitbewohnerin. Sie macht das öfter. Natürlich würde sie dann einmal in der Woche deine Räume betreten.
It's important to me and my flatmate that there's a chilled atmosphere and that we live together in a friendly, respectful way.
We also like things to be clean.
It's important to me that you treat my things properly and like plants. If it's difficult for you to water them when you are there, I'll ask my flatmate. She does it often. Of course, she would then enter your rooms once a week.

The stated costs apply to the entire period. Please transfer the rent and deposit in advance.
The stated rent includes the net rent, the cold operating costs and hot water. Other costs are: electricity, internet, broadcasting fees etc. Ancillary costs only include heating costs.
The rooms are full furnished.
