Large room in Friedrichshain
I am on the lookout for a new roommate for the second room in my new flat. The room will have a pallet bed and a couch and maybe a few more things, depending on how much my current roommate will take with him when he moves.
The flat is located between Frankfurter allee and Samariterstrasse, so ringbahn and U5 are like 6 minutes away on foot. Groceries are also close by with a nice Edeka basically around the corner. Last but not least, Boxhagener Platz is just a small walk away.
I consider myself a rather social person, and would love to have a roommate who wants to cook together or just drink a beer once in a while. I like to have an open home and have friends over once in a while, obviously not a lot with the covid situation, but you are very welcome to do the same.
Regarding the more practical life in the WG I really like the shared spaces to stay clean. What you do in your room is obviously up to you, but yeah, leave the kitchen clean and maybe use the vaccuum cleaner once in a while, I promise to do the same.
