I'll be gone between May 18th and June 17th.
I would like to rent my room for 1 month (€450).
1. The room is big and very light, 2 big windows and a lot of sun (when there's sun in Berlin :)
A big bed, couch, desk, video projector for movie nights :)
2. Comfortable kitchen, big bathroom with bathtub.
3. Transport:
The M10 station is right across the street.
S-bahn Landsberger Allee 10 minutes walk.
U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor 10 Minutes walk.
4. Anmeldung is NOT possible, sorry :(
5. You would be sharing the apartment with flatmate (and friend) Silvia, who mostly works from home.
6. We are pretty strict in terms of COVID, it's ok to have someone over every now and then, but we do not break the rules (not more than 2 house-holds at a time, etc.)
7. You are very welcome to use my bike :)
🐈IMPORTANT!!!! We have a cat! She is a baby, 8 months old, super cute, a bit annoying at times, and spends a lot of time in my/your room. Of course you can close the door and leave her out but 😿
