Ihr Lieben,
ich bin vom 12. Juli bis 01. August in Urlaub und suche für diese Zeit einen lieben Menschen für mein Zimmer(16m2)im nordwestlichen Teil Friedrichhains. Miete ist 330 warm.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit großem Balkon in einer Grünanalage. Auf dem Balkon, der auch von meiner Mitbewohnerin genutzt wird, ist Sonne satt, Vogelgezitscher, viel Grün, Platz zum Frühstücken und Lesen auf der Sofaecke.
Die U5 ist 5min zu Fuß, Ostbahnhof 10min, Ringbahn 15min. Mit Fahrrad sinds 10min zum Görli, zum Boxi oder nach P-Berg, Volkspark Friedrichshain ist um die Ecke.
Wir sind eine kleine entspannte Zweier-Wg, meine Mitbewohnerin* Lea ist ein ganz wundervoller Mensch und sehr rücksichtsvoll, deshalb wäre es schön von Dir, wenn eine gewisse Sensibilität für Bedürfnisse für Dich nichts Neues ist.
Ich freue mich, dich nicht nur bald, sondern in Anbetracht der Zeit, auch schnell kennenzulernen.

Dear ones,
I will be on holiday from 12 July to 1 August and am looking for a friendly person to rent my room (16m2) in the north-western part of Friedrichhain. Rent ist 330 for everything.
The room is very quiet with a large balcony in a green area. On the balcony, which is also used by my flatmate, there is plenty of sun, birdsong, greenery, space for breakfast and reading on the sofa corner.
The U5 is a 5-minute walk, Ostbahnhof 10 minutes, Ringbahn 15 minutes. By bike it's 10 minutes to the Görli, to the Boxi or to P-Berg, Volkspark Friedrichshain is around the corner.
We are a small, relaxed flat-sharing group of two, my flatmate* Lea is a wonderful person and very considerate, so it would be nice of you if a certain sensitivity for needs is nothing new for you.
I look forward to not only getting to know you soon, but considering the time, also quickly.
