Wenn ich grad in Berlin, dann bin ich relativ sport aktiv, gern auch Fahrradfahren / rennrad.
Gibt's hier auch Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeemühle, wer Kaffee gern trinkt kommt hier klar :D
Die Wohnung soll spätestens ende Januar 2023 fertig sein.
Mietpreis ist noch etwas variabel gestattet da wegen Energiepreise man noch mehr Puffer haben muss.

For the apartment it is completely new build with floor heating system. Every rooms have its own balcony and electric blinds.
Location is very central in Friedrichshain.
10 mins walking S Warschauerstr S Ostkreuz
Treptowerpark or even Boxhagener / boxi.
The kitchen is already ordered and should be arrived sometimes in April.
So all in all everything will be brand new :)

Literally 10 mins by foot to Berlin wall. Mercedes benz arena and U Warschauerstr or S Ostkreuz
Shopping / groceries 5 mins walk to Netto or Lidl
Sportsclub is literally in front of you, there are football club and tennis club across the street :D
Parking spot is literally available everywhere, I also have an Tiefgarage (talk to me if you need it)
