Anne Banane moves for a year to Portugal which means we have a room free in our big apartment.
We are Teresa who loves to go dance in non-corona times. She also does hullahoop and knows how to enjoy the Rotkäppchen lifestyle. Sometimes her boyfriend comes over which brings a nice dog named Barney. She works in a startup which helps people with autism and will do soon her trainee to be a psychotherapist.
Nico quit his job 3 months ago and is doing all the things which once cannot do with a job. He loves to do outdoor sports, does make the most awesome pizza dough in berlin and is interested in technic and computer.
Me (Manuel) started to study social work in second change education and also work in a wineshop. In my free time I drive motorbike and do sports from time to time. I love to listen to very loud music.
We do spend time together in our flat and have our partners over often.
your room: Anne and me will switch rooms before you move in. Which means you get a room of 35 square meters (yes, it´s huge!), 3 windows and access to our shared balcony. You will get Anne’s furniture.
Our flat is huge and has a balcony which is accessible from to rooms. There is a kitchen/living room. Also we have two bathrooms. You will share yours with Teresa. We are in 4th floor and the apartment is not barrier free.
We would like to keep our good atmosphere and friendship in our flat.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule that we stick to and the rest of the wg supports taking their belongings away in order to make it eassier for the person cleaning.
Btw. We speak mostly german, sometimes English, french or spanish.
You: we are looking for a female flat mate from 28 years on and older. The room is for 6 month minimum or 12 month maximum. If you think we fit together send us a message and we organize a Skype meeting or similar.

Our place is close to Warschauerstraße in Friedrichshain. It has multiple supermarkets from 1 to 5 walking minutes. Public transportations are 5 minutes away. The street is more or less pretty quiet.
