I want to show you these beautiful room in the heart of Friedrichshain. The rooms are a part of a shared apartment at Stralauer Allee, which will be available from 01.10.2021.
There are 2 rooms available (6 and 8 sqm) which is really unique. You can use the small one as a walk in closet or a music studio and the other one as a bedroom.
The monthly rent is 520€ for both rooms in total. The deposit is 1500€ but you can pay that in installments to the landlord.

ich will dir gerne unsere schönen Zimmer im Herzen Friedrichshains zeigen.
Die beiden Zimmer sind Teil der WG an der Stralauer Allee und schon an dem 01.10.2021 frei.
Es werden 2 Zimmer gleichzeitig vermietet, was dir super viele Möglichkeiten bietet.
Das kleine Zimmer (6qm) kannst du als begehbaren Kleiderschrank oder kleines Studio zum auflegen nutzen. Das große (8qm) dient dann perfekt als Schlafzimmer.
Die Miete ist 520€ für beide Zimmer zusammen. Dazu kommt noch eine Kaution von 1500€, die du in Raten zahlen kannst.
The apartment ist only a 5min walk from east side gallery (Berlin wall) and S/U Warschauer Str., 15min walk from Boxhagener Platz and 10 Walk from Ostkreuz (S41/42).
The spree is directly on the other side of the street.
Also Berghain, about:blank, Kater blau etc are very close to the apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Keine 5min Fußweg zum East side Gallery und S/U Warschauer Str., 15 min zum Boxhagener Platz und etwa 10min zum Ostkreuz (S41/42).
Die Spree ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Außerdem sind die gängigen Clubs alle sehr nah dran.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Aries, Adam and Sorour. They are the nicest flat mates you could think of and they are very good at cooking.
They like the usual Berlin things like music, clubbing, chilling and good food.
We converse a bit on a daily basis but it is completely up to you.
You should be cleaning after you but there will be no cleaning schedule.
The main language is English at the moment.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Aries, Adam and Sorour. Sie sind die liebsten Flatmates, die du dir vorstellen kannst und sie können wirklich gut kochen ;)
Sie mögen die typischen Berliner Sachen, Musik, Clubs, chillen, gutes Essen.
Wir haben einen großen Tisch an dem man sich gelegentlich trifft, rumhängt oder gemeinsam isst, aber das steht dir total frei.
Du solltest deinen eigenen Kram aufräumen. Einen Putzplan oder so wird es aber nicht geben.
Die Hauptsprache ist zur Zeit englisch.
