Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür, wie Sand am Meer; zB. Edeka, Lidl, BioCompany, DM, Spätis, Asiashop, Bäckereien usw..

Zudem findet man im Samariterkiez, sowie dem fußläufig entfernten Boxhagenerplatz, viele kleine, nette Restaurants und Cafés&Bars.

In der Nähe der Wohung befindet sich die Ringbahn (7min Fußweg) und die U5 Richtung Alexanderplatz und Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls nur 3min entfernt.

Shopping facilities are on the doorstep, like sand by the sea; eg Edeka, Lidl, BioCompany, DM, Spätis, Asiashop, bakeries, Copyshop, banks etc..

In addition, you can find in the Samariterkiez, as well as the Boxhagenerplatz within walking distance, many small, nice restaurants and cafes & bars.

Near the apartment is the Ringbahn (7min walk) and the U5 direction Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof is also only 3min away.

Wir sind nämlich keine Zweck-WG und auch wenn es nur zur Zwischenmiete ist, würde ich mir wünschen, dass für alle die Chemie stimmt und man ne gute Zeit miteinander hat. Offene Kommunikation ist mir bzw. uns dabei sehr wichtig.
Wir verstehen, dass es unterschiedliche Lebenskonzepte gibt und sind dafür offen, jedoch tolerieren wir keinen Sexismus, Rassismus oder homophobe Verhaltensweisen.

Du wirst mit drei anderen tollen Menschen leben.

Da haben wir:

Rafa (26): Er ist auf einem Boot auf Mallorca aufgewachsen, kommt ursprünglich aus Manchester, hat internationale Wirtschaft studiert und befindet sich gerade in einer Findungsphase. Er ist ein sehr lustiger, liebevoller Mensch, der gerne stickt und dabei Musik hört und viele schöne, kreative Ideen hat. Er würde gerne mehr Kurzvideos drehen und damit herumspielen, sowie sein Deutsch ein wenig verbessern. Fun Fact: wenn es aus der Küche nostallgisch, alte Songs von Skatergirl Avril Lavigne schallert, dann war er wahrscheinlich zuvor da, ansonsten kann er die Songliste von Tarzan auswendig. Er spricht hauptsächlich Englisch, so dass die gemeinsame Sprache in der WG Englisch ist, aber er ist auch spanischer Muttersprachler.

Blanka (34): arbeitet bei audible und liebt es, auf dem Wasser aktiv zu sein, wie z.B. Segeln, SUPing, aber auch allgemein mag sie es, draußen zu sein, Sport zu treiben und ist eure Expertin, wenn es um Disney-Filme und -Songs geht (sorry Raf, ;) ).
Sie ist der kleine Sonnenschein der WG und beginnt ihre Sommertage mit einem cold brew oder einfach nur mit einem warmen Kaffee, so dass man sie höchstwahrscheinlich in der Küche mit Airpods sieht, wo sie mit Freude neue leckere, vegetarische oder vegane Rezepte ausprobiert, die sie im Internet gefunden hat.

Steve (29): wird genau dann 30, wenn du einziehst. Seine Wurzeln sind belgisch, kongolesisch und deutsch. Er ist bildender Künstler, in der UDK, studiert aber auch Französisch und Kunst auf Lehramt. Ansonsten unterrichtet er bereits in einer Schule in Spandau und möchte gerne mit Völkerball anfangen. Er mag anfangs etwas schüchtern wirken, ist aber ein sehr offener, warmherziger Mensch, der gerne etwas mehr die queere Bar- und Clubszene erkunden will hier in Berlin und falls du doch mal überfordert bist mit den Pflanzen, dann kann er dir die besten Tipps geben.

We like to have small come togethers from time to time in the WG and even if it is only for interim rent, I would like for everyone to feel comfortable and that you just have a good time together. On this note, open communication is very important to us. We understand there is different concepts of life but we will not tolerate sexism, racism or any homophobic behaviors.

You are going to live with three beautiful human beings.

These are:

Rafa (26): he grew up on a boat in Mallorca, comes originally from Manchester, studied international business and is currently in a finding phase. He is a very funny, loving person that likes to embroider while listening to music and has tons of nice, creative ideas. He would love to do more short videos and play around with that, as well as to improve his German a bit. Fun Fact: He is secretly or not so secretly listening to old songs from skatergirl Avril Lavigne or knows the Tarzan songs by heart. He speaks mostly English, so the common language is English in the WG, but is also a native Spanish speaker.

Blanka (34): works at audible and loves to be active on water as sailing, SUPing but also in general likes to be outdoors, sports and is your expert when it comes to Disney movies and songs (sorry Raf ;) ).
She is the little sunshine of the WG and starts her summer days with a cold brew or just some coffe, so you will most likely see her in the kitchen with ear pods in, joyfully trying out new yummy recipes she found on the internet.

Steve (29): will turn 30 right when you move in. His roots are Belgian, Congolese and German. He is an artist of the fine arts who is in the UDK but also studies to teach French and Art to children which he is already doing in a school in Spandau. He might come off in the beginning a bit shy but is a very open, warm hearted person that also likes to explore more the queer bar and club scene and can help out when you are overwhelmed with the plants as he is an expert.

Für ein Kennenlernen würden wir gerne bereits Mitte August anpeilen, da Blanka auch 6 Wochen in Südostasien herum reist und wir gerne die Gelgenheit haben wollen, dass sich alle kennenlernen können.
Ein persönliches Beschnuppern wäre schön, falls aber ein persönliches Treffen nicht möglich ist, können wir auch gerne per Videocall zusammen kommen.

ENGLISH
For a meeting we would like to aim at the middle of August, since Blanka is also traveling around Southeast Asia for 6 weeks and we would like to have the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
Personal meeting is prefered but if it is not possible, we can also meet via video call.
