da ich für ein paar Tage verreise, suche ich jemand rücksichtsvolles und vertrauenswürdigen zur Zwischenmiete. Wir werden uns die Wohnung teilweise teilen, teilweise werde ich verreist sein.
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und möbliert u.a. mit einem Esstisch, bequemen Schlafsofa und einem Regal ausgestattet - Internet, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ist alles in der gemütlichen Wohnung vorhanden.
Since I'll be traveling for a few days, I'm looking for a considerate and trustworthy person to rent my room in that period. We will partly share the apartment, partly I'll be travelling.
Its seize is 20qm and it comes with a big dining table, a comfy sleeping sofa and a shelf and it's facing the Eastern side so it's nice and sunny. You easily feel like at home in my apartment. Internet, washing machine and dish washer are also available in the cozy flat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Friedrichshain. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, 3 min zur Tram 21, nicht mal 6 min zur U-Bahn Samariterstraße (U5: 10min bis Alexanderplatz) und auch die Ringbahn (S41/S42) ist in 10min zu erreichen. Ansonsten befinden sich in naher Umgebung zahlreiche Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. (Simon-Dach-Straße, Warschauer Str. etc.)
The Apartment is located in lovely Berlin-Friedrichshain. Public transport is very close by, 3 min to the tram 21, not even 7 min to the U-Bahn Samariterstraße (U5: 10 min to Alexanderplatz) and also the Ringbahn (S41/S42) is within 10 min walking distance. There are many little cafés and shopping opportunities around the corner (Simon-Dach-Straße, Warschauer Straße etc.)
Ich würde mich als eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Person beschreiben, die sich freut, wenn Partys eher draußen als zu Hause gefeiert werden, und die für ein Gespräch oder einen Drink in der Küche zu haben ist. Allerdings denke ich darüber nach, für ein paar Tage zu verreisen, sodass ich nicht die ganze Zeit da sein werde.
Deshalb suche ich jemanden, dem ich vertrauen kann, keine Parties schmeißt und mit den Nachbarn rücksichtsvoll umgeht.
I'd describe myself as an easy-going and friendly person who is happy if parties are rather celebrated outside than at home and is up for a chat or drink in the kitchen. However, I'm thinking of traveling for a few days so I won't be around all the time.
Since I won't be there the whole time I'm looking for someone whom I can trust, who doesn't have parties at home and who is considerate with my neighbours.
