Room
Both rooms comes with a wardrobe and drawer, a double bed, a couch and a desk and chair (and linen and towels). The apartment is fully equipped and is in the ground floor.
About the life here (and how I think would be nice to keep it) , basically everyone does their own thing, and we run to each other in between, share sometimes dinner, sometimes breakfast, and some nights of chatting and drinking. Sometimes, but very seldom, we smoke inside the house, in the kitchen-door close, but in general, we go outside, tho we are not big smokers. We have a cleaning plan of once per week that rotates.
The apartment is in the quiet street of Rotherstrasse which makes is great because you can have peace and at the same time you are 5 min walk from Warschauer and 15 min walk from Boxhagener Platz. Lidle is at 5 min walk also and Rewe inside of the East side mall.

Giving the rush of the search, the pictures of the room are a bit ... well... suffering a moving out basically, but both rooms are super nice, and so is the flat. Will try to upload proper ones during the week.
