Looking for a temporary stay in the cool Friedrichshain neighbourhood? My room is about to be available for 3 months and I’ll be leaving you in the good hands of my sweet flatmates for the time being.

THE ROOM
The room is 21m² and, as you can see in the pictures, the room is very well-lit, spacious, and cozy. As soon as you turn the heating on, it’ll get warm in no time. I will leave my furniture (wardrobe, bed, mattress, table, chairs, monitor, library) for you to use – please treat everything with care. I will also leave my beloved plants in the room, so I'm looking for someone who can look after them (just water them and leave them be, no biggie).
THE FLAT
Located on the 3rd floor, it’s one of those charming, wooden, high-ceiling Berlin flats. There’s a big bathroom to share (complete with a bathtub as well as a separate shower and a bidet, if you know what that's for), a kitchen with everything you might need, a big entry hallway where to put your shoes and store your luggage. Also we have a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat.
THE FLATMATES
You’ll be living with Johanna (40, a photographer), Cero (38, a yogi and social worker) and Kourosh (29, a dancer). We’re very chilled out, respectful, quiet and clean.
We tend to speak German or English in the Wg.
We all get along together but we have our own lives as well. Occasionally we sit together in the kitchen, and have dinner together. The flat is big enough for the four of us to have our own space, but we usually see each other spontaneously around the flat. Anyway is always a nice chat. We are all non-smokers and we're looking for a non-smoker too.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Cafés, bars, restaurants, cinemas. Five min. by foot to Warschauer Str. (Sbahn/train/tram numbers) and 10 min. to (Frankfurter Tor U5). We're near Simon-Dach Str. and the RAW area but, in spite of that, our road is very quiet. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within 5 min. walk, which is extremely convenient.
YOU
We’re looking for someone who is like us, so: clean, respectful, kind, not into loud house parties, noise, dirt, chaos or breaking stuff.
