Hey! I offer my beautiful large room in a perfect, a bit more quiet area in Friedrichshain as a SWAP for either another big WG room or a 1 room apartment.
The area is very beautiful, very central and good connected. There's every shopping possibility around you could ask for, as well as many cafés, bars and restaurants. It's a bit more quiet here than around Boxhagener place, but you can be there in less than 15 minutes.
The flat ist very beautiful as well and quite cheap (300€ for everything) compared to similar flats. We have a wooden floor, very high ceilings, a new kitchen with every kitchen utensil you need and a renovated bathroom with a bathtub.
Your roommate is going to be Jan, very nice to be around and always down for WG activities. There is another small room (10 qm for 250€), which is empty right now but could be rented to either another person or you could share the small room, that's up for your decision since you can basically create a new WG with Jan.
My room is going to be unfurnished.
This is an offer for a swap, so please if you can offer me a similar WG or a 1 room apartment.
