Bright and spacious double room in the heart of Friedrichshain for short term sublet. The room is available for 5 weeks in total, costing €580 for the entire period (the monthly rent is €440). Available from 22.12.21 to 30.12.21, dates are flexible. Anmeldung not possible for this short period.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, two clothing racks and a mirror. Communal spaces include a large hallway/living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen which is quite small but functional, and the shower/toilet. Equipped with all appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Located on Frankfurter Allee, the flat is in the heart of Friedrichshain. The back entrance leads to Boxenhagner Strasse. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Boxenhagner Platz, and there is plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the vicinity. Supermarkets such as Edeka, Lidl and Netto are a 10 minute walk. Volkspark Friedrichshain is within walking distance (20min), or just a couple of stops on the tram.
You will be sharing the flat with Lorenzo (22), Nathalie (22) and Owen (25). Lorenzo is Dutch/ Italian and is a musician, studying music at BIMM. Nathalie and Owen are from Munich and are both also studying/working in Berlin. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and they enjoy a balance of hanging out together and also having some alone time. There is no strict cleaning rota, but it’s important to clean up after yourself after using the kitchen/bathroom, take turns on tidying and taking out the bins, etc.
