Our building is a beauty! The apartment is an Altbau, has wooden floors, high ceilings, central heating, and is 120m2 big. We’ve got a nice and sunny balcony, a big kitchen and bathroom, and an elevator from the Hinterhof garden to our 2nd floor. Washing machine, Wifi, hot water… we’ve got it ALL! Everything works fine and is in good shape. However, the Kitchen could use some paint.
The room is quite charming, with morning light, wooden floors, and high ceilings. The room is ca. 22 m2, is fully furnished, with a super comfy mattress, and goes for 542,50 a month & Kaution is 800.
There is a big couch, a coffee table, a double bed with a Casper mattress, a desk with a chair, and some storage furniture.
We’re a block away from Boxhagener Platz (park) and very well connected to the BVG and all of the bars, restaurants and stuff. The M13 is not half a block away and the M10 is close. We are close to U Frankfurter Tor, Warschauer Straße U+S and Ostkreuz. Many more busses cruise the area.
Hey there. We are Alex and Sarah, we’re both 36 and we’re looking to find someone pleasant to rent out one of our rooms. We want to offer you the room until the end of February (flexible), starting on the 16th of December. The apartment is 120m2 of space and four rooms, two of which we’re renting out, and one has already found a taker (Hans, a good dude). Sarah and I are very friendly and easy-going, and we would love to share our space with someone similar, who’d like to live in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have a good-sized kitchen where we could share a nice little WG-life together. Sarah is a very lovely person and a painter - one of the rooms will be her atelier - and I am just a fun soon-to-be daddy and soon-to-be engineer and ex-filmmaker. We’ll be out of town soon, so we're having our meet-up with you on the 28th or 29th of November, to be able to decide soon after.
