Ich suche ein*e Untermieter*in für mein WG Zimmer von Mitte Februar bis zum 30. April Wir sind drei Freundinnen, die zusammen hier eine WG gegründet haben - sprich das Gegenteil einer Zweck WG. Wir arbeiten und studieren, leben vegetarisch und kochen für und miteinander. Die helle und geräumige (Neubau-)Wohnung ist auf der Stralauer Halbinsel gelegen, gegenüber vom Treptowerpark. Vom Balkon aus sieht mensch die Spree. Ein Edeka ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und bis zur Ringbahn sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Vom Zimmer aus gibt es Zugang auf den Balkon, die Küche ist geräumig, sprich gut zum gemeinsamen essen und chillen und es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.
Wir suchen: eine offene, tolerante und freundliche Person, die Lust auf eine Wohlfühl-WG hat :)

I am looking for a subtenant for my room from middle of February to the 30th of April. We are three friends who have founded a WG together here. We work and study, eat vegetarian and cook for and with each other. The bright and spacious apartment is located on the Stralau peninsula, across from Treptowerpark. From the balcony you can see the Spree. A supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance, a bus stop right in front of the door and to the Ringbahn you walk 10 minutes.
From the room there is access to the balcony, the kitchen is spacious, which is good for eating and chilling together and there is a place to park your bike inside.
We are looking for: an open, tolerant and friendly person, who is looking for a feel-good WG :)
