ich biete mein Zimmer zum Hinterhof (sehr ruhig) im Zeitraum von 05.05 - 02.06 an. Das Zimmer ist 23 qm groß. Kaution würde ich gerne noch ein mal 400 € haben.
Im Preis ist enthalten: Gewürze, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel.
Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Gitarre (etwas kaputt), ein E-Piano, ein Hochbett, eine kleine Espressomaschine und Kaffeemühle, zwei Schreibtische, ein Stehtisch, Hochbett, ca. 35 Pflanzen und eine kleine Wohnzimmerecke (siehe Fotos).
Ich würde mich über jemanden mit grünen Daumen freuen, der meine Pflanzen gießt.

Arbeitet als Wirtschaftsingenieur. Trinkt ebenfalls sehr gerne Kaffee, macht Sport und klettert gerne. Ist auch fast immer für eine Würfelrunde zu begeistern.
Ich hätte gerne jemanden, der einen ruhigeren Alltag hat. Das Pärchen arbeitet größtenteils im Home Office und Mitbewohner I braucht in der Woche auch Ruhe. Obwohl wir eine Studenten/Berufstätigen WG sind, ist unser Vibe eher der einer Berufstätigen-WG.
