Das Zimmer ist ca. 30m² groß und befindet sich im 3.OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Da ich diesen Sommer einen längeren Urlaub mache wird das Zimmer in Juni, Juli und August frei sein.
Es hat einen schönen Parkettboden und hohe Decken mit hübscher Stuckverzierung. Es wird möbliert vermietet: ein Doppelbett, eine Komode, ein Sofa sowie ein kleiner Tisch stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Da sich das Zimmer sich hinter dem Wohnzimmer befindet kann man sowohl seine Ruhe haben als auch die Tür auf lassen und mit den Leuten im Wohnzimmer quatschen. Aufgrund der 3 Fenstern (und da wir keinen gegenüberliegenden Nachbar haben!) ist das Zimmer sehr hell; eins von den 3 Fenster öffnet sich sogar zur ruhigeren Nebenstraße hinaus.
Die WG befindet sich direkt am Ostkreuz und beträgt ca. 120 m2.
Wir teilen uns die Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa. Von dem Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht!

The 120m² flat is situated on the 3rd floor from a renovated building and very bright since there are no houses across the street. It has a wooden floor and high ceilings. Since I’m taking some time off this summer, the room will be available from the beginning of June all the end of August.
The room is 30m² and furnished with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a couch and a table. It is located at the back of the apartment behind the living room which means that you can have a calm time for yourself or let the door open to have a chat with someone in the room nearby.
The room is really bright thanks to its three windows with one of them overlooking to a quieter smaller street.
We share a spacious kitchen, a sunny living room with a nice sofa and a small balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Ostkreuz. Die Ringbahn sowie die S3/S5/S7 sind in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Straße und in dem Bezirk befinden sich unzählige Spätis, Kneipen, Restaurants, Grünflächen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ... alles was man sich wünschen kann!

The flat is just a few minutes by foot from Ostkreuz, where you can take the circle line or the S3/S5/S7 to get pretty much anywhere you want. The street and the area are very lively with a ton of spätis, bars and restaurants nearby.
Du würdest in der WG mit Friedrich und Quitterie wohnen.
Friedrich ist 24, kommt aus Berlin und und macht sein Master in Physik an der HU. Neben dem Studium trifft er sich mit Freunden, liest oder fährt gerne Fahrrad ins Grüne und hat sich neulich ein Interesse für FIP gefunden, die beste Radio die es gibt!
Quitterie ist 26, kommt aus den USA und arbeitet in der Klimafolgenforschung in Potsdam. Sie hat natürlich einen großen Interesse an den mit dem Klima verbundenen Themen, verbringt sehr gerne Zeit draußen (bouldern, wandern, Fahrrad fahren) und strickt ab und zu auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer.
Die sind beide mega nett und sehr gerne für eine Diskussion im sonnigen Wohnzimmer oder in der ruhigen Küche zu haben, sei es am Samstag Nachmittag mit einem Bierchen oder am Sonntag mit einem Tee.
Da wir alle seit ziemlich lange her in WGs gewohnt haben ist es uns wichtig, dass die gemeinsame Zimmer (Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer/Toiletten) sauber bleiben, was wir abwechselnd einmal die Woche machen.
Wir sind übrigens alle Vegetarier und essen mal gerne zusammen was wir gekocht haben oder was wir uns bei einem Laden um die Ecke gekauft haben!

You will share the flat with Friedrich and Quitterie.
Friedrich is 24, from Berlin and is doing his masters in Physics at the HU. In his free time I like to have friends over, read a nice book or take my bike into the countryside. He also recently discovered FIP, the best radio there is!
Quitterie is 26, from the USA and works at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. She’s of course really interested in every climate related topic and is very much into outdoor activities such as bouldering, hiking or cycling. She’s also knitting on the couch from time to time!
We’ve all been living in WGs for quite a long time and keeping the shared rooms (kitchen, bathroom and living room) is important to us; one person is taking care of the cleaning every week.
We’re also all vegetarian and like to share meals that we’ve been cooking or that we bought in one of the many delicious restaurants located nearby.
Küche und Badezimmer sind auch voll ausgestattet (Ofen, Kühlschrank, Dusche/Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner), Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 710€, wobei die Kosten für das Internet im Preis enthalten sind.
Der Vermieter weiß Bescheid, dass das Zimmer 3 Monate untervermietet wird. Ihm werde ich die Miete weiter überweisen, so dass du mir direkt das Geld überweisen würde. Die 710€ entsprechen genau, was ich selber bezahle.
Da Friedrich in August mit seinem Erasmus Semester in Norwegen anfangen wird besteht die Möglichkeit, in der WG länger zu bleiben indem du ab Ende August (bis zum Ende des Jahres) in seinem Zimmer umziehst.
Schreib bitte eine Nachricht, wo du dich ein bisschen beschreibst. Es ist ja wichtig dass wir eine Person finden, die zu dieser WG gut passen könnte, sei es für 3 Monate oder etwas länger! :)
Am besten würden wir Besichtigungstermine während der Woche organisieren.

Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer). Bed sheets and towels are also provided by the landlord.
The warm rent is 710€, which includes the internet. It is exactly the amount I’m also paying for that room.
The landlord has been informed that the room would be subletted.
I’ll continue sending him the money for the rent directly, so you’ll have to send me the money.
Friedrich will leave for some months in Norway in August. This means there will be the possibility to move in his room at the end of August and to stay in the flat until the end of the year.
Please send a message where you describe yourself. It is important to us to find a person that fits in the WG! :)
We will most probably organize a viewing of the apartment during the coming week.
