Furnished room in the most amazing WG by the Spree free in September

Hallo liebe neue Zwischenmieterin*,

Zuerst kommen die Eckdaten zur Wohnung und deinem Zimmer (und dann weiter unten erzählen wir ein bisschen was von uns ;)
Unser trautes Heim ist eine Maisonette-Wohnung ganz oben (d.h. wir haben auch Zugang auf’s Dach ;) mit großer Küche inkl. Essbereich, Wohnzimmer mit Schaukel, Arbeitszimmer, Ankleidezimmer, 2 Bädern, 2 kleinen Balkonen und einer Terrasse. Alle 6 Zimmer sind sehr ähnlich von der Größe und ihren Features (deswegen zahlen wir auch alle den gleichen Preis von 500 EUR warm). Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist unten zum Innenhof gelegt. Wir wohnen in Friedrichshain – ziemlich genau zwischen den S-Bahn Stationen Treptower Park und Ostkreuz. Um die Ecke haben wir einen Netto, einen Lidl und der nächste Edeka ist auch nicht weit, wir wohnen direkt neben einer Bar und am Anfang der Straße gibt es nochmal eine. Ahja und wir haben die Wilde Renate um die Ecke und Blick auf die Spree :D

!! Bitte beachtet, dass das Zimmer nur zur Zwischenmiete vom 1. September bis zum 7. Oktober verfügbar ist.

Nun zu uns: Wir haben uns alle über Ecken kennen & lieben gelernt und sind zu einer richtig schönen & harmonischen WG zusammengewachsen.

Jojo: hat sich mit Jana selbstständig gemacht und möchte gerne mit allen Leuten immer über alternative Beziehungsmodelle reden. Sonst hat sie eher wenige Interessen, über die sie auch ungerne sprechen möchte. Dafür spricht sie noch eine andere Sprache – nämlich Humor in allen Varianten und lacht am liebsten über A) Wortwitze, B) Sexwitze und C) über sich selbst.

Stella: studiert Medizin. Im Gegensatz zu Jojo ist Sie vielseitig interessiert und möchte auch über all diese Interessen immer sprechen „aber keine hört mir zu“, und ihre Euphorie versprüht sie nicht nur mit ihrem Wiener Schmäh, sondern auch mit ihrem Signature Hüftschwunng.

Jule: Studiert und arbeitet an so einigem, wo wir auch gerne mal den Überblick verlieren. Geht für ihr Leben gern spazieren. Weiß alles über alles, hat starke Meinungen und teilt sie gerne mit. 80% der Inneneinrichtung stammen von ihr und sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für dich. Jule kocht 3x am Tag und gerne auch Wortsalat. Sie hat viel Feuer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.

Lena: Hat gerade ihr Medizinstudium abgeschlossen und will gern als Gynäkologin die Welt verbessern, hat einen grünen Daumen und auch sonst alle Tricks, die man zum zusammenleben braucht.

Jana: hat sich mit Jojo selbstständig gemacht, hat immer den richtigen Rat in der schwierigen Situation, bewahrt einen kühlen Kopf mit warmem Herz. Setzt gerne Pyjama Trends und empfindet Techno als Lebensentscheidung.

Und außerdem harmoniert es gut zwischen uns weil Konsens, Liebe und Toleranz und so.

Zu deinen Qualitäten, bringe sie mit zu unserem Kennenlernen. Wir sind offen für dich, deine Eigenheiten, aber wünschen uns trotzdem:

dass du gerne einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang mit deinen Mitbewohnerinnen pflegst, Lust hast Teil einer Gemeinschaft zu sein, es auch gerne sauber hast, Bock hast mit uns Zeit zu verbringen, dass sich alle wohl fühlen und dass wir uns gegenseitig ein gutes Gefühl geben.

Hello dear new maybe short-term-roommate,

First of all, here are the key data about the apartment and your room (and then below we'll tell you a little bit about us ;)
Our home is a maisonette at the top (i.e. we also have access to the roof ;) with a large kitchen incl. dining area, living room with swing, study, dressing room, 2 bathrooms, 2 small balconies and a terrace. All 6 rooms are very similar in size and features (that's why we all pay the same price of 500 EUR warm). The room that is vacant is downstairs facing the courtyard. We live in Friedrichshain - pretty much between the S-Bahn stations Treptower Park and Ostkreuz. Around the corner we have a Netto, a Lidl and the next Edeka is also not far, we live right next to a bar and at the beginning of the street there is another one. Ahja and we have the Wilde Renate around the corner and view of the Spree :D

!! Please be aware that the room is only available for a month starting from 1st of September until the 7th of October.

Now about us: We have all met & fallen in love over corners and have grown together to a really nice & harmonious WG.

Jojo: has started her own business with Jana and would like to talk to everyone always about alternative relationship models. Otherwise she has rather few interests, which she also doesn't like to talk about. Instead, she speaks another language - namely humor in all its variations and loves to laugh about A) word jokes, B) sex jokes and C) herself.

Stella: studies medicine. In contrast to Jojo, she is interested in many things and always wants to talk about all these interests "but no one listens to me", and she radiates her euphoria not only with her Viennese Schmäh, but also with her signature hip swing.

Jule: Studies and works on so many things, where we also like to lose the overview sometimes. Loves to go for walks. Knows everything about everything, has strong opinions and likes to share them. 80% of the interior design is from her and she always has an open ear for you. Jule cooks 3x a day and likes word salad. She has a lot of fire for joint activities.

Lena: has just finished her medical studies and would like to improve the world as a gynecologist, has a green thumb and also otherwise all the tricks you need to live together.

Jana: started her own business with Jojo, always has the right advice in the difficult situation, keeps a cool head with a warm heart. Likes to set pajama trends and feels techno as a life decision.

And besides, it harmonizes well between us because consensus, love and tolerance and so.

To your qualities, bring them to our getting to know. We are open to you, your peculiarities, but still wish:

that you like to be considerate with your roommates, that you want to be part of a community, that you like it clean, that you want to spend time with us, that everyone feels comfortable and that we give each other a good feeling.
