I rent my apartment until the end of September: two bedrooms plus a large living room plus a kitchen. There are dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, sheets, pots, vacuum cleaner. All in excellent condition. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment and pets are not allowed (my parents will join me in Berlin in early October by going to that house). It is necessary to be clean and respectful of the neighbors. The price is per month, if you stay a few more days you pay for the single days by making the daily average of the monthly price. It is a house that I care very much, always kept with care. There are many appliances, all of them can be used.
Bedroom is composed of a big bed normally used for a couple. Bright, facing west with no neighboring buildings in front. It has a large wardrobe. In addition to the bedroom you can use the living room, very large and with a table and a desk.
The house is 67 square meters in total, a room of 10, one of 15 (the one on offer), then a bathroom, a large living room with table and desk and a kitchen with another table for four people. There is no balcony, but it is very bright. It's a perfect apartment for one couple plus one person
At the moment a boy of about 25 lives in the apartment, very clean and nice. The accommodation as mentioned is absolutely non-smoking. To smoke you have to go down four floors and go to the communal garden or to the street. There is a big internal bike parking and a small area in the courtyard for kids.
The accommodation is about thirty meters from the entrance to the Samariterstr station. It is a 7 minute walk from Boxhagenerplatz. The location is really great, a perfect place to reach the center and the airport. Quiet, but close to bars and clubs. I lived there for 12 years and I moved just few hundreds meters away.
