Hello everyone,
my room in a 4 person, friendly and international WG is going to be free from the 9th September until the 14th October.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the bedroom has two southern facing windows that bring in lots of sunlight and fresh air. The room is fully equipped with a large bed, work table, high speed internet and plenty of storage. It also sits towards the rear of the apartment away so it's extremely quiet meaning you can easily have your own space. I work primarily from home and it's alway really chilled. I will store my things easily out of the way so you have plenty of storage space, you would be more than welcome to read any of my books and, if you play, use my guitar. I would be really grateful if you could water my plants too.
We have a large kitchen living room which is really nice for socialising, two bathrooms, a utility room with washing machine and an open cellar where bikes can be stored. There is a balcony that you can use that is accessed from two of my housemate's bedrooms.
The WG is located on the Pillauer Straße and is 10 minutes from either Warschauer Straße (S/U-Bahn) or the Ostbahnhof (S/U-Bahn and trains), meaning you have great inter and outer city connections. Boxhagnerplatz is 10 minutes away by foot and you have amazing access to Friedrichshain's restaurants, bars and nightlife.
You would be living with my 3 honest, caring and tolerant housemates. Angie (Mexican), Teresa and Manu (German), all end 20s/early 30s either working, at university or both.
We have a really harmonious apartment where the atmosphere is relaxed and easy. There's always someone around to chat with, we often hang out with a beer or some wine (one of my housemates works at a wine distributor so there's always good wine around) and sometimes cook together. We have a really nice kitchen and living room area where we can socialise and have friends around which you would be obviously free to do. It's also very easy to shut your door and have your own space in the apartment. Occasionally Barney the dog comes around so it's important that you would be okay with dogs.
Just for info - The room is furnished and costs 450 € per month incl. all costs like electricity and internet. For the full 5 weeks is therefore 562,50 €. We can gladly discuss flexible move in dates but unfortunately the 14th October end date is fixed.
