Die Wohnung und damit auch das Zimmer, mit schönem Berliner Altbau-Look, befinden sich im ersten Stock. Du hast einen eigenen Balkon zur Straße, 10m entfernt vom Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, großem Schreibtisch + Bürostuhl, Kleiderständer, Kommode und Schubladen. In unserer Küche steht u.A. ein kleiner Tisch für bis zu 3 Personen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden, so wie ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne und hat ein modernes, warmes Ambiente. Alles in allem lässt es sich hier gut wohnen.

The apartment and therefore the room, with beautiful Berlin old building look, are located on the second floor. You have your own balcony to the street, 10m away from Boxhagener Platz. The room is fully furnished with bed, large desk + office chair, clothes rack, dresser and drawers. In our kitchen is among other things a small table for up to 3 people. Washing machine and dishwasher are available, as well as a large refrigerator with icebox. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has a modern, warm ambience. All in all, it is good to live here.
Alles was macht braucht in nächster Nähe (Aldi, Penny, Denns Bio Markt, Markt/Flohmarkt, Geschäfte, Restaurants). S, U, Bus und Tram zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Bis zum Ostkreuu läufts du 15 Minuten, oder fährst mit der Tram runter. Das RAW Gelände ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Everything you need is close by (Aldi, Penny, Denns Bio Markt, market/flea market, stores, restaurants). S, U, bus and Tram within walking distance. You can walk to Ostkreuz in 15 minutes, or take the tram down. The RAW area is 5 minutes away on foot.
Wir pflegen einen offenen, freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang. Die WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG und das sollte sich im besten Fall mit Dir nicht ändern. Dein Mitbewohner, übrigens Sänger und Gitarrist, freut sich über nette und gute Gespräche, ob albern oder deep, ob auf deutsch, englisch, oder spanisch. Gleichzeitig ist es klar, dass man sich jeder Zeit auch Raum für sich nehmen kann, ohne dass man sich erklären muss. Wir legen außerdem Wert darauf, die Wohnung einigermaßen sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Du solltest dir also nicht zu Schade dafür sein, auch mal den Wischmopp oder den Staubsauger in die Hand zu nehmen. Grundsätzlich wollen wir, dass sich alle wohl fühlen und ein entspanntes und offenes WG Klima entsteht. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennen zu lernen!

We maintain an open, friendly and respectful atmosphere. The WG is not a purely functional one and this should not change with you. Your flatmate, a singer and guitarist by the way, is happy about nice and good conversations, whether in German, English or Spanish. Of course, you are also free to have your private time whenever you need it. We also value keeping the flat tidy and clean to a certain extent. So you should not be too shy to take the mop or the hoover into your hands. Basically, we want everyone to feel comfortable and create a relaxed and open atmosphere. We look forward to getting to know you!
