They are big rooms of 16 mts2 (390 Euros) and 24mts2 (450 euros). Lot of space and partialy furnished.
One of the girls who is leaving is willing to sell some of her furniture for little money and we also have some other furniture to lend for some months. (In the pictures you can see the rooms furnished as they are right now, it won´t be exactly like that by August.)
We live right next to the S+U Frankfurter Allee, so also right next to the Ringbahn and near the Rummelsburger Bucht.
Hi! I (Felipe), Charlie and the dog Chilly live in the flat share and our two other flatmates are moving out so we are looking for two nice people to take their rooms.
We feel very comfortable with each other. We have a nice big kitchen where you can sit together and 2 bathrooms. We like things clean and tidy and have a cleaning schedule.
