In unserer 4-Zimmer Wohnung wird das ca. 15 m2 große Zimmer frei. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Westen zur wenig befahrenen Straße und du erwischt ein paar der letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages.
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem noch ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer (mit Zugang zum Balkon), sowie ein kleines Büro. Das vierte Zimmer ist das Schlafzimmer von Lena. Die Küche ist recht klein, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Blick in den schönen Hinterhof und Morgensonne.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein. Falls das unpraktisch für dich ist, können wir aber bestimmt helfen, ein paar Basics zu besorgen (Matratze, Regal etc.).
We are offering a 15 sqm room in our WG, that is located to the west. You will catch a few sun rays in the late evening. Beside the two bedrooms, there is also a living room and a bureau, that you will share with Lena. The kitchen is small but nicely decorated and gets the morning sun.
The room will be unfurnished. If this is a problem for you, we can try to help you organize some basics (mattress, shelf etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Südkiez in Friedrichshain, südlich der Frankfurter Allee. Die Straße selbst ist sehr ruhig, in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich aber der Boxhagener Platz, die Frankfurter Allee und die Simon-Dach-Straße.
Die Ringbahn (S Frankfurter Allee) ist in knapp 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wie die U5 (Samariterstr.). Die Tramhaltestelle (M13) befindet sich direkt in der Parallelstraße.
The flat is located south of the Frankfurter Allee in Friedrichshain. The street itself is quiet, but you find many restaurants, bars and cafes just around the corner at the Boxhagener Platz or Simon-Dach-Straße.
Both the U5-station (Samariterstr.) and the Ringbahn-Station (S Frankfurter Allee) are 10 minutes walk away.
Du wirst zusammen mit Lena in der WG wohnen. Lena (sie/ihr) ist 24 und arbeitet momentan. Generell ist sie ein sehr aufgeschlossener, lieber Mensch und immer für einen Talk oder ein gemeinsames Abendessen zu haben. Wir suchen ausdrücklich nicht nach einer Zweck-WG. Es wäre daher schön, wenn du auch Lust hättest auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten: sei es gemeinsam Qualitytime in der Wohnung zu verbringen oder zusammen auf Demos oder feiern zu gehen.
Lena ernährt sich größtenteils vegan, auf Fleischkonsum in der Wohnung soll bitte auch von dir verzichtet werden! Ein solidarischer Umgang miteinander ohne Rollenklischees und eine gute Kommunikation sollten selbstverständlich sein. Außerdem würden wir uns über Bewerbungen von queeren Menschen und FLINTA*-Personen freuen, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig :).
You will share the flat with Lena (she/her). She is 24 years old, just finished university and currently has a job. She is an open, sweet person and always down for a shared meal or a talk. It would be nice if you were also interested in doing things together: spending time together in the flat, going to demonstrations or clubbing.
Please note, that we don´t want to have meat in the flat. For us, a good co-living needs solidarity and good communication. We would like to encourage queer people and WLINTA* to text us (not a necessity though).
Die Zwischenmiete ist erst einmal auf einen oder zwei Monate begrenzt (anhängig davon, was du möchtest). Da wir aber generell eine Person für bis zu 1 Jahr Zwischenmiete suchen, ist eine Verlängerung definitiv möglich, je nachdem wie gut euer Zusammenleben harmoniert und wie wohl ihr euch zusammen fühlt.
Falls du länger bleiben würdest, käme dann noch eine Abschlagszahlung für die Waschmaschine (ca. 100€) dazu.
We will sublet the room for 1 or 2 months (depends on what you need). If it works out well, there will be the opportunity for you to stay longer (1 year).
