The room is 20m2 and has a small private balcony. The apartment is 77m2 in total. There are two toilets in the apartment, and there is a living room of about 20m2. Location: directlynext to Volkspark Friedrichshain (1 minute walk).
I will be your roommate: I am 33 years old, Dutch, and a full time software developer. I love a beer and a party (techno, house) every now and then. I would describe myself as an easy going music lover that is always up for a chat and laughter. I like playing squash, working out, cycling, reading, chess, and above all: music to me is one of the most important aspects of life.
The rent is 750 per month, and a 1000 euro safety deposit is required
