Das geräumige Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof. Es ist gut isoliert und von den Nachbarn hört man nur wenig. Die Couch und ggf. andere Möbelstücke können übernommen werden. Sie sind noch vom Eigentümer der Wohnung. Die Wandfarbe kann auch übernommen werden oder ich streiche sie wieder weiß oder du gestaltest es neu 🙃
Den Abschlag müssten wir je nachdem vereinbaren was du übernehmen möchtest oder ggf. mitbringst.
When you ask me - the area is the best in Berlin. It is in the middle and with the trains (U5, S41, S42, S8, S85, M10) you can go everywhere quickly. Also by car it is easy - there are many free parking slots around.
Supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Bio Company, Lidl, dm) are just 5 minutes away.
Every type of restaurants can be found within a small radius. And one of europ's best Pizza https://www.futurapizza.com/
The flat is 5 minutes away from the crowed area, where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants and clubs.
Ich würde mich freuen jemanden zum gemeinsam kochen, chillen, quatschen, usw. zu finden.
Unter der Woche verlassen ich um 7Uhr das Haus und ab 17.30Uhr wieder zuhause. Zum Sport gehe ich 2-5mal die Woche. Ab und zu gehe treibe ich gerne durch Bars und Clubs oder auch entspannt über Märkte.
Sauberkeit ist mir natürlich wichtig. Bisher gab es hier keinen Plan dafür. Wir haben uns einfach abgewechselt. 1x pro Woche Bad und Küche geputzt. 2x pro Woche gesaugt.
Wenn ich viel unterwegs bin ist mein Zimmer schnell chaotisch aber die gemeinsamen Räume halte ich auch dann in Ordnung 😁
