I'm writing to you about a great room that I have available. It's a 23 sq meter space, making it the apartment's most enormous room. Not only is it spacious, but it also has a lovely balcony that gets sun all day long. It's a great spot to relax and soak up the sun (even in wintertime ;) )
The room has a bed (size 140x200), a desk, and a chair — everything you need to feel comfortable and at home.

This area is known for its lively nightlife, diverse culture, and plenty of green spaces. Whether you're into trying out local breweries, attending outdoor music festivals, or just enjoying a park, there's something for everyone in this neighborhood.
Frankfurter Tor is also super convenient for getting around the city. The subway U5 and tram M10 make it easy to get to work or school or anywhere else you need to go. Plus, with everything to do in this neighborhood, you won't have to go far to find something fun.
You will share the apartment with my two lovely flatmates. They are open-minded and welcome a chat, shared meal, or board games.
