Schönes 20qm Zimmer mit großem Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne (wenn es wieder soweit ist) und gemütlichem Bett, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Couch usw.
Also voll möbliert.
Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler gibt's auch. Keller für Fahrräder gibt's auch, du kannst dir aber auch meins ausborgen.
Super zentral aber trotzdem ruhig.
Die U5 fährt vor der Haustür und der Ostbahnhof ist auch nicht so weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's natürlich auch ums Eck (Edeka, Netto, Rewe)
20 Minuten braucht's zum Hauptbahnhof und die Warschauer Straße und Clubs im RAW sind auch nicht weit.
Mein Mitbewohner Mike ist immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Er ist begeisterter Musiker und dazu Lehrer für Deutsch und Englisch, kann aber auch Spanisch und etwas Ungarisch :-)
Sei freundlich und ordentlich und dann wird das funktionieren.
Ich bin in Spanien und mein Rückkehr Datum ist in etwa so wie angegeben aber vielleicht kannst du auch ein paar Tage länger drin bleiben
WG Casting ist dann gerne telefonisch oder Vorort.
