Da meine Freundin und ich ausziehen suchen wir für den Monat März ein*e Zwischenmieter*in für unsere schöne WG am Bersarinplatz in Friedrichshain. Wir nehmen unsere Möbel mit, das Zimmer wird daher nicht wie auf dem Foto aussehen sondern lediglich eine Kleiderstange, ein Regal, eine Matratze sowie einen Schreibtisch plus Stuhl haben. Du wirst für den Monat mit unseren äußerst netten Mitbewohnern Domi, 28 Jahre, Florist; Nick, 36 Jahre, Fotograf und einer*m weiteren Zwischenmieter*in zusammenwohnen. Die Lage ist top und die Straße ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt 320 Euro und ca. 14 qm groß. Falls du interessiert bist, schreib uns gerne dann können wir einen Termin zum zoomen oder vorbeikommen ausmachen.

Since my girlfriend and I are moving out, we are looking for an interim tenant for the month of March for our beautiful shared apartment at Bersarinplatz in Friedrichshain. We are taking our furniture with us, so the room will not look like the photo but will only have a clothes rail, a shelf, a mattress and a desk plus chair. You will live for the month with our very nice roommates Domi, 27 years, florist; Nick, 36 years, photographer and another intermediate tenant. The location is top and the street is very quiet. The room costs a total of 320 euros and is about 14 square meters. If you are interested, you are welcome to write us then we can make an appointment to zoom or come by.
