Hello everyone!
Our flatmate Laetitia moves out temporarily for 3 months, but possibly long-term (not confirmed yet).
It would be first 3-months without Anmeldung sublease, and after that with Anmeldung if everything goes well. :)
First things first, the room:
Is it not the biggest, but not the smallest either, let’s say approx. 10ish sq meters? Can’t promise it’s accurate though because we just randomly estimated it. It'll come furnished.
Not much more to say about the room, it’s a room. It’s functional. You’ll love it.
The rest of the apartment is quite nice, we have a large living room with a balcony (and a projector!), a roof terrace to watch the sunset (amazing, isn't it), two bathrooms and a kitchen. A lot of room for activities.
We are located just in front of the ring center, at the S+U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee. So direct on the Ring and we have the U5 which now goes up to Hauptbahnhof. The tram is also close.
You’ll find all commodities around: Edeka, Real, Bio Company or Denn’s are at a walking distance. We’re also 15 min away from Boxi : Food market on Saturday, Flea market on Sunday, vegan and brunch places all over. So it’s good fun.
We are Andrea, Mira and Niko. A few words about us:
Andrea is 27, working at a photography startup after having moved to Berlin two years ago. He loves his good old Späti Bier at any opportunity and is very proud of his Welsh-Italian-heritage. He really enjoys travelling and possesses some secret Italian pasta recipes.
Mira is 27 and working in international development. She's enthusiatic about many things like playing the piano, painting and particularly volleyball. During the week you can find her in the hall and in the summer in the sand. If she's not busy with that, she enjoys going to pubs or playing board games.
Niko is 34, he is doing something in energy and sustainability (whatever that means). Has been on the road a lot in his life and is on the move quite much. Meeting friends, partying, cooking in shared apartments, game night. If you're bored, Niko must have an idea!
We love hanging out from time to time together, though we all have quite busy lives!
We enjoy watching movies together, having a spontaneous beer or a spontaneous party - though we don’t want the house to become a club every weekend.
We also try to have dinner all together once in a while, so if you have cooking skills, it’ll be much appreciated. Because of the small rooms and the large living room you meet again and again, but of course you respect the privacy and the rest of these copy paste stories.
