Furnished Room to Sublet (No Anmeldung) in Friedrichschein / Samartier Quarter
Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease the extra bedroom in my apartment, as the previous tenant has just moved out. Room is available from Monday next week (30.10) and as the contract with the landlord has recently been renewed, is available for the next 10 months - just let me know how long you intend to stay!
The rent per month is 800€, and a security deposit of 1000€ is required. If you’re interested please feel free contact me, and if you'd like to come by and have a look beforehand that could also be arranged 😊
The apartment is located 7 minutes walk away from Boxhagener Platz, by the U-Bahn station Samariterstr. There are plenty of cafe's, shops, and restaurants in the area, and many options for public transport. The flat itself is on the 1st floor, so just up a flight of stairs, above the entrance to the building.
Overall the flat itself is in clean condition, with the building also being very quiet and clean, as the neighbours are respectful of privacy and noise levels. I myself will be living in the other room, though I'm quite a bit of a hermit as I work from home office 90% of the time.
The place has one bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher, and a balcony that faces the inner courtyard. The room is furnished as seen in the photos (tv not included!). There are two communal washing machines available for use in the cellar, though there is no extra storage space in said cellar so do keep that in mind 🙂
