I unfortunately have to leave my room in the flat I currently live in with my best friend.
Available on May/June 1st - sublease for 9 months and then unlimited contract on your name (currently checking with my Hausverwaltung if could do unlimites contract on your name before 9 months).
Total rent kalt is 1700, so hour half warm (with nebencosten) is 900€.
I bought the kitchen myself and would need you to take over my half. This can be discussed and partiel payments per month also not a problem :-). Would be around 600€.
About the flat: This neubau is perflectly located with my Waschauer Strasse, at the famour Revaler strasse. You would have yohr own room + shared common soace which is a living room, kitchen, modern bathroom abd toilets + balcony (also private mini one accessible from my room). It is exposed South and therefore very luminous! No buildint contruction can be made, the view from the picture is the view from the balcony! The area is lovely, with tram Ubahn and Sbahn less than 10min away. With floor heating system 😍.
