Hi everyone,
Sadly I must leave this lovely flat, and so my room is available from March 15.
It's approx 16m2, and is very sunny- awesome for a plant person.
Also: Registration is possible!!
The room comes unfurnished, but I would be willing to sell some things- can be discussed later.
The warm rent is 550 but can go up to 565 depending on your electricity usage.
It is an extra 20 a month for internet.
If you need to move in a few days earlier, we may be able to figure something out.
There is also quite a large shared courtyard.
Note: not a party or drug flat

The flat is just 8-10 minutes walking from the U8 Osloer St- 2 stops from Gesundbrunnen. There is also the M13 and M50 nearby.
There is a Kaufland and a Penny nearby, as well as a number of spatis and cafes.
Shared Living:
You would share the kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom with my super cool flatmate. There is also a cellar in the basement. Sara is a 36yo Italian vegan woman, has lived here since 4 years and has put a lot of love into the flat.

-not a meat-lover (don't cook meat a lot)
-enjoy a nice chat in the kitchen but have your own things going on
-have a work contract (last 3 payslips) - THIS IS REQUIRED
