There are 2 rooms that would be available for sublet. One is bedroom which is ~10 Sq. metre and another is living room (only for you) which is around ~18 Sq. metre. Both the rooms are fully furnished and you do not have to pay for the furniture. Furniture includes double size bed, cupboard, TV, desk, chair, huge sofa, and few basic decorated materials. You will have everything you need.
Location of the house is 10 minutes away from Gesunbrunnen S-Bahn station which allows you to take all type of regional and national transports. There are more than 5 different supermarkets available in the vicinity and select restaurants. There is a park where you could go walking/ running at 10 minutes distance from the house.
My name is Rujul and I am originally from India. I am 27 years old who is working at Strategy Consulting firm and looking for flatmate for 2 months starting from 01st of May. I am usually travelling for work during weekdays but open to hangout on weekends. It would be great to have a flatmate who likes to cook/ go out/ grab a beer over the weekend and we do not live in an isolation.
Only thing that's important for me is that you keep the kitchen clean which is semi furnished along with the bathroom. Rest I do not have a lot of expectations and am happy to accommodate personal requests/ time during our flatshare.
