ein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG steht im Januar 2024 leer (bin im Urlaub) und darum vermiete ich es gern für die Zeit 02. – 31.01.2024 (Auszugsdatum flexibel auf Absprache)
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und groß, hat eine offene Küche mit Kochinsel (perfekt für schöne Kochabende :-) ), schöne Terrasse, ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und gen Norden gerichtet. Eine Kleiderstange/ Regal für deine Sachen wird selbstverständlich frei gemacht ;-)
Wir wohnen im Wedding ziemlich gut angebunden: 2 Gehminuten von der U8 (Pankstraße) und 10 Gehminuten vom S und U Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn & co.).
Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG und sehr gesellig. Dein Mitbewohner (Moritz) ist the best :-) Er ist viel unter Leuten, liebt gutes Essen, Cocktails, seinen Thermomix und alles rund um Filme und Filmemacherei.
Wir haben öfter mal Besuch und sind beide sehr gesellig und gastfreundlich.

Ahoy,
A room in our 2-person shared apartment will be empty in January 2024 (I'm on vacation) and that's why I'm happy to rent it out for the period January 2nd - 31st, 2024 (move-out date flexible by arrangement)
The apartment is nice and bright and large, has an open kitchen with a cooking island (perfect for nice cooking evenings :-) ), nice terrace, a bathroom and a guest toilet.
The room is approximately 20 square meters and faces north. A clothes rail/shelf for your things will of course be made available ;-)
We live pretty well connected in Wedding: 2 minutes walk from the U8 (Pankstraße) and 10 minutes walk from the S and U station Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn & co.).
Shopping and dining options are right on the doorstep.
We are not a shared apartment and are very sociable. Your roommate (Moritz) is the best :-) He spends a lot of time with people, loves good food, cocktails, his Thermomix and everything to do with films and filmmaking.
We often have visitors and are both very sociable and hospitable.
