A spacious room with 2 big windows! The room is furnished except for the bed, which my flatmate will be taking with him. The couch pulls out so you could use that if you need some time to get a bed.
The room faces the street but there is a parking lot + apartment building in between it so it shouldn’t cause a disturbance.
Anmeldung is possible, move in possible from feb 1 to feb 15.
Super well connected - 5 minute wak from U-8 Pankstraße, 10 minute walk from Gesundbrunnen station and 10 minute walk from U9 Osloer Straße.
Surrounded by plenty of shopping options: Rewe, Lidl and DM within walking distance, as well as a shopping center & biocompany at Gesundbrunnen station.
Also close by the Panke canal and its nice to take strolls along it when the weather is nice :)

About me: My names Emma and I’m currently finishing up my masters in literature and culture studies. I moved to Berlin from the US, but I grew up in Jamaica. I unfortunately don’t speak fluent German (but I’m working on it!) so it would be important that you speak fluent English. I love all things pop culture: movies, podcasts, books, tv (currently on gilmore girls & sex and the city). I also love live music and going to concerts — would be nice to know what some of your favourite artists are :)
I of course love a good gab over a joint or a glass of wine, but also value privacy and quiet time. Though I’m a big fan of nights in, I also like to go out to dance and have drinks with friends, and would love to be able to host get togethers from time to time in the flat. It would be ideal if you are someone who enjoys meeting new people, and who values open and easy communication. Also would love someone who cares alot about the space in which they live, hoping to do a couple kleinanzeigen renovations together in the next couple months :)
Also bonus points if you love cats (I don’t currently have one, but I dream)
