Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m2 groß und hat eine große Fensterfront durch die morgens die Sonne hereinscheint (es gibt aber auch Vorhänge falls man ausschlafen möchte). Das Zimmer ist mit den wichtigsten Möbeln ausgestattet, es ist aber auch noch Platz für eigene Möbel, falls du etwas mitbringen möchtest.
The room is about 18 square meters and has a large window, where the sun is coming in in the mornings (but there are also curtains if you want to sleep in). The room is equipped with all the essential furniture, but there is still room for your own furniture, if you want to bring something.
Die S-Bahn, Fernverkehrs und U-Bahn Haltestelle Gesundbrunnen ist nur 10 Minuten von Zuhause entfernt und die Bornholmerstraße ist nur 5 Minuten, also ist man ziemlich schnell überall in Berlin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls genügend und zum Großeinkauf ist man ja auch schnell im Gesundbrunnencenter.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, mit einem kleinen Cafe gegenüber, das sehr guten Kaffee und leckeren Kuchen hat.
Bars wie zum Beispiel die Kugelbahn sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt und der Humboldhain Park ist auch nur wenige Schritte weit weg.
Also eigentlich perfekt für den Sommer in Berlin. :-)
The S-Bahn, Fernverkehr (long distance trains?) and U-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen is only 10 minutes away from home and to Bornholmerstraße it´s only 5 minutes, so you get everywhere in Berlin pretty fast. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities and for bigger purchases you can get to Gesundbrunnencenter easily aswell.
The area is very nice and quiet, with a small cafe across the street, which has very good coffee and delicious cakes.
Bars such as the "Kugelbahn" are also only 5 minutes away and the Humboldhain Park is only a few steps away.
So actually perfect for the summer in Berlin. :-)
Da einer der Mitbeowohner auszieht ist das Zimmer vom 28. Juli bis zum 31. August frei und sucht einen neuen Bewohner.
Wir haben eine geräumige Küche in der man abends ein Bier trinken oder mit Freunden kochen kann.
Da die anderen Hausbewohner auch eher ruhig sind, bevorzugen wir jemanden der keine Hauspartys veranstalten will, um es uns mit den Nachbarn nicht zu verscherzen.
Wir suchen eine unkomplizierte nette Person, die Sonne und Essen mag.

As one of the flatmates is moving out, the room is vacant from July 28th to August 31st and looking for a new resident.
We have a spacious kitchen, where you can have a beer in the evening or cook with some friends.
Since the other people in the house are also rather quiet, we prefer someone who does not want to organize house parties, so as not to mess with our neighbors.
We are looking for a easygoing, uncomplicated, nice person, who likes the sun and food.
