Hi everyone,
My boyfriend is going abroad for a few months, so there is a big room (24 m²) available to rent from 13.01 until 01.06.2020 (so a little more than 4,5 months).
The room is 24 m² with a double bed with a wardrobe, a coffee table, shelves with a private balcony (only available for the room).
The apartment is 72 m², and has a equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine.
The apartment is very quiet and also very central to commute anywhere in Berlin.
The rent is 630 euros per month to pay the 1st of the beginning month, and I require a 300e caution.
In the price are included the heating (gas) and hot water, electricity and access to the wlan.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Grüntaler Straße. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den U-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen, wo die U8 fährt, und S1/S2 und Ringbahn. Sehr praktisch nach Mitte, Kreuzberg oder Neukölln zu fahren.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Lidl, DM und Gesundbrunnen Shopping Center. Es gibt auch sehr nach einen Bäcker, viele Shawarma und Döner Laden, Blumenladen usw...
Die Wohnung ist umgeben von dem Volkspark Humboldthain.
I am looking for an easy going, clean, social and open-minded person.

Someone who is working ideally, or studying, but can as well have a glass of wine and a chat :)
We will be only two in the WG, so it's important that we understand and function together as good as possible, for leisure but as well for the domestic tasks.
