Ich vermiete ein schönes, helles, relativ ruhiges 19 m²-Zimmer nahe S+U Gesundbrunnen (7-8 min entfernt):
- voll möbliert (aber ohne Bilder am Schrank ;))
- das Zimmer ist relativ ruhig, da wir uns in einer nicht zu sehr befahrenen Straße befinden
- Wände sind etwas dünn - die Fähigkeit relativ leise zu sein, wäre gut (nachts)
- sehr gut angebunden an Ringbahn, S1 Richtung Schöneberg und U8 Richtung Alex und Kreuzberg
- du solltest hinter dir aufräumen können und z.B. die Tendenz haben, deine Schuhe bei Betreten der Wohnung auszuziehen
- Deine Standardnachricht reicht - Du kannst auch gerne zwei, drei Deiner Lieblingsfilme/-serien anfügen oder die Standardnachricht damit ersetzen ;)
- Profilfoto oder angehängte Fotos oder social media sehr wünschenswert
- Extra-Punkte, wenn Du auch die Welt retten willst und bereit bist, dafür etwas zu tun ;)

- I'm offering a bright and nice 19 qm room (to a non-smoker) with a view about 7-8 min from S+U Gesundbrunnen - hence greatly connected through Ringbahn and other trains:
- fully furnished and relatively quiet
- one thing: it´s 5th floor and no elevator ;)
- your standardmessage is alright, one or two pictures would be nice,you can add two or three of your favourite movies/tv-series
- profile picture or attached pics or social media highly appreciated
- walls are a bit thin - it helps if you can be relatively quiet at night
- bonus points if you wanna save the world and want to do something about it
- Anmeldung is doable
Späti, Apotheke und ein Bäcker befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Im Gesundbrunnen-Center 6-7 min entfernt hast du alles von Rewe, Aldi und dm bis Deichmann, H&M usw.! Zum Joggen und Entspannen lädt der Volkspark Humboldthain ein.
Das Zimmer ist zur Südseite (mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm) und bekommt so viel Tageslicht.
Späti and bakery just around the corner. Shopping-Center with Rewe and Aldi supermarket, dm-drugstore and clothing-stores 6-7 mins away. Other supermarkets as well as Restaurants etc. also nearby.
The room heads south so it gets much sunlight.
Ich bin an einem angenehmen, vertrauensvollen Miteinander interessiert. Ich würde es schön finden, wenn wir uns mal in der Küche verquatschen - während es genauso in Ordnung ist, wenn man mal nicht so gesprächig ist.
Zu mir: zu ungefähr gleichen Teilen Abenteurer, "Denker" und Weltverbesserer.
Ansonsten: humorvolle Menschen, die an einem guten Leben für sich und andere interessiert sind, können es gut mit mir aushalten ;)
- we should get along and you should be open for a cosy kitchen chat about life - doing something together could be nice, but it's not a must
- you shoud at least be part of the cleaner half of humanity and take your shoes off inside ;)
- it helps if the word mindfulness means something to you
- about me: more water, wine and organic food than bier and bratwurst (while that can be okay too)
Die Miete ist inkl. allem (Strom, Internet, GEZ) - eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete wäre gut.
Rent is all in - deposit of one month rent would be nice.
