In dem Zimmer ist ein Hochbett mit einer grossen Matratze. Desweiteren stehen 2 Sofas und 1 Sessel im Raum, es gibt einen Fernseher, Bücher und Instrumente die du gerne benutzen darfst.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Balkon, welcher der einzige in der WG ist. Daher (und überhaupt generell) ist es wichtig dass du dich mit unseren Mitbewohnern gut verstehst. Wir leben unter der Abmachung, dass sie wenn es gerade passt den Balkon auch mitbenutzen dürfen und das sollte mit dir so weitergehen. Du darfst natürlich jeder Zeit auch die Tür zu machen und das wird respektiert.

In the room, there is a loft bed with a large mattress. Additionally, there are 2 sofas and 1 armchairs in the space, a television, books, and instruments that you may use (lovingly). The room is located directly next to the balcony, which is the only one in the shared apartment. Therefore, it is important that you get along well with my roommates. We have an agreement that they may also use the balcony when it suits the inhabitants, and this arrangement should continue with you. Of course, you may always close the door if you wish, and this will be respected.
3min zu S Humboldthain, 10min zu S Gesundbrunnen, Treppe runter zum Spaeti. Wunderbares italienisches Restaurant in 10min. Gibt auch 3 Clubs in laufnaehe (Humboldthain, Anita Berber und Panke).
Direkt vor der Tuer ist der Humboldthain Park (~5min bis man drin ist), super zum Joggen oder Picknicken

3 minutes to S Humboldthain, 10 minutes to S Gesundbrunnen, and a quick trip down the stairs to the corner store. There's a wonderful Italian restaurant within a 10-minute walk, and there are also 3 clubs within walking distance (Humboldthain, Anita Berber, and Panke). Just outside the door is Humboldthain Park, which takes about 5 minutes to reach on foot and is great for jogging or picnicking.
Wir leben mit guten Freunden zusammen, sind inzwischen eine 3-Paare-WG und auch du solltest Freundschafts-Potential haben. Also erzähl gerne etwas über dich, damit wir wissen ob es passen könnte und wir nicht zu lang sieben müssen. Wir sind ein Misch aus Berufstätigen und Studierenden. Gerne kochen wir mal zusammen oder gucken einen Film. Es ist also keine reine Zwecks-WG. Aber es gehen auch alle gerne ihren (teils Solo-)Aktivitäten nach, also es ist auch absolut kein Vollzeitprogramm.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan, es wird nach eigenem Beduerfnis geputzt und aufgeräumt. Dieses Bedürfnis ist im Schnitt nicht alzu hoch. Für mich ist es gerade so sauber genug, teils wenn ich etwas dafür tue, aber wer hohe Hygiene-Ansprüche hat guckt lieber woanders weiter.
Ach und meine Mitbewohner sind alle vegan bis vegetarisch, aber die Lifestyle-Entscheidung Fleisch zu essen wird auch toleriert.
Es lebt auch eine Katze mit uns.

We live together as good friends, at this the WG has turned into a 3-couple WG, and you should also be friend material. So please tell us a bit about yourself, so we can see if it might be a good fit. We are a mix of employed people and students. We enjoy cooking together or watching a movie, so it's not just a functional shared living situation. But we all also like to pursue our individual activities, so it's not a full-time program either.
We don't have a cleaning schedule - everyone cleans and tidies up according to their own needs. On average, the desire for cleanliness isn't too high. For me, it's clean enough, partly because I put in the effort, but anyone with high hygiene standards might prefer to look elsewhere.
Oh, and all my roommates are vegan to vegetarian, but we tolerate the lifestyle choice of eating meat as well.
Recently, a cat also joined us.
Die Wohnküche hat schön Platz und ist super zum Kochen. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch. Tagsüber ist die Küche öfter Arbeitsplatz von meinen Mitbewohnern.
Am liebsten hätten wir jemand für die vollen 3 Wochen, aber zur Not nehmen wir auch 2 Wochen (300 Euro für 2 Wochen).

The kitchen/living room has plenty of space and is great for cooking. There is also a dishwasher. During the day, the kitchen is often used as a workspace by my roommates.
We would prefer someone for the full 3 weeks, but in a pinch we would also take 2 weeks (300 euros for 2 weeks).
