I am leaving Berlin for few weeks, so I'd like to rent my room in the meantime! The precise dates are quite flexible, the price refers to the whole period.
The room is very small indeed but the flat has generous shared spaces, to be shared with one guy only. Plus, you will have your own working station in the living room. The room is particularly sunny as it's south oriented and there are no other buildings in the front.
The flat is located on the 4th floor and it's provided with a lift.
We have a cellar where you can leave your bike if you like.
The position is very strategic, having the Gesundbrunnen station at few meters, providing several subway lines on top of trams, buses and regional trains. There you can also find any kind of shops (if they should ever open), including a big standard supermarket, a discount, a bio supermarket. There is also a weekly food market and two parks - Mauerpark and Humboldthain - nearby.
In the flat live a 26 y.o. Italian guy, a phd student who works in the university full time. So the common spaces are for you most of the time, and you can easily work in the living room.
