My current flatmate wants to keep the wall with the illustration on it, when she leaves the room will be painted white.
The apartment has 2 rooms, mine and yours. Initially it was 2 apartments on the 4th floor which have been joined into one large one. We have a side each, with mine being next to the bathroom and yours next to the kitchen.
The room gets lots of light and has strong wifi. There can be however no late loud music in your room. The woman who lives underneath the room is 'sensitive' to noise.
S, U & RingBahn Gesundbrunnen is 1 minute walk away. At the Sbahn there is Ringcentre, Kaufland, Rewe and John Reed. There is a Bio Markt also open on Sundays.
Across the road from thr Sbahn is a park, Humnoldhain which has the rose garden.
If you go more toward Wedding there is also some turkish shops for fresh produce.
I am looking for a new flatmate to share this 2 room place with me. I am the main tennant on the contract so it would be a sublet - officially, so Anmeldung possible.
I am busy as a managing director and starting a second business, so am looking for someone who is chill, not in this ’new to Berlin’ phase. I sometimes do home office so will be home a bit.
Hygiene is important for me and the place must be kept clean.

The 281 is for the dishwasher and large fridge which were bought a few months ago. At some point we would also need to buy a new washing machine. But should be fine for a little more time.
I will be slowly but surely adding some deco to the apartment.
