My partner is going abroad this fall, hence the need for a new flatmate to take over one room in our lovely place! It's in a great Altbau, the entire apartment is in an Innenhof (including the balcony) so all rooms stay quiet and peaceful except for the occasional church bells ringing :) Your future bedroom is our current living room, the biggest in the apartment (approx. 16 m2), and we have a bedframe, mattress, and other furnishings for your disposal. Let's have a video tour so I can show you around. Earliest move-in date Sept 1, move out late December (extension not possible as my partner will return, sorry). Anmeldung may be possible, let me know if you need it.
Located between U -bahn Pankstr and S-bahn Gesundbrunnen, just a couple of blocks away from the lovely Panke canal and a 13-min walk to the expansive Humboldthain park.
Thorough cleaning once per week (shared chores). Cleanliness is important to me but if we agree on some house expectations, it shouldn't be an issue!
I've been working from home since the lockdown but this will almost certainly change in September, so I'll be commuting to work 4 days per week. Looking for someone who's quiet during the week and also not too loud on the weekends. Definitely not a party WG but of course open to having friends over for chill hangouts!
I'd be happiest living in a friendly household where we could occasionally cook together or have a drink/ enjoy outings in the neighborhood, but also mainly retreat to our own activities during downtime.
