The flat is on the second floor with a large window facing the courtyard so it's fairly quiet. Although the room is kind of small, the double bed is raised so there's maximum space for your stuff. The room comes with everything in the photos - the bed (it's a Hochbett), the desk, a big mirror, a small table, a chair, a chest of drawers. We'll throw in a little cactus too.
The kitchen in modern and has a dishwasher, the bathroom is recently renovated and even has a rain shower so you can live your best life.
We're a 5 minute walk from Gesundbrunnen station which is on the Ringbahn, U- and S-Bahn with good connections to all of Berlin. There's plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops close by but our street is quiet . Both Humboldthain and Mauerpark are a short walk away.
We're two girls, Beth and Sofia, Beth is from the UK and Sofia is from Portugual. Beth is a student at HU and also works part time. Sofia works full time. We're both vegetarians and regularly make dinner together. The flat is super chill, there's often someone around to chat or share a glass of wine with in the evenings. But we also respect when you want some private space.
We speak English in the flat, Beth speaks German (about C1 level) and Sofia understands.

Beth studiert teilweise auf Deutsch also hier gibts eine (wahrscheinlich Fehler volle!) Zusammenfassung auf Deutsch.
Das Zimmer liegt im zweite Etage, mit großen Fenster Richtung Hinterhof also es ist ziemlich ruhig. Es ist klein aber bequem, viel Lagerraum unter dem Hochbett. Voll möbliert, und kommt mit einen Hochbett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, einen Spiegel, eine Kommode. Noch einen Kaktus!
Die Küche ist modern und hat eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Badezimmer wurde vor kürzem renoviert und hat eine Regendusche.
Die Wohnung ist einen Katzensprung von Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, S- und U-Bahn, Regional und Fernverkehr). Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe aber unsere Straße ist meistens ruhig. Humboldthain und Mauerpark sind zu fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind zwei Mädels, Beth und Sofia. Beth studiert bei der HU und Sofia arbeitet vollzeit.
