Hi there, I'm leaving beautiful berlin for a couple of months and my room is free for someone to sublet. This is the perfect opportunity if you want something nice until you find a more long-term home :-)
The rent includes everything: rent, utilities, wifi, professional cleaning 2 x month, GEZ.
Everything in the apartment is new except the beautiful wooden floor.
The room is spacious, bright, and has high ceilings. The windows are well isolated so it's quiet and calm when closed. The room is fully furnished. Especially the bed has very high-quality stuff from the mattress to the bedding. You will sleep very well :)
Additionally, you have your own private bathroom with a bathtub.
Public Transport wise it is one of the best in Berlin. You have several U & S-Bahn stations within walking distance. The closest is the U8 which is 1 min walk.
the Panke river is 5 min. walking, the popular Humboldhain park is 7 min. walking.
Several options within 3 min walking. Really good, affordable restaurants.
I'm subletting my room for a limited time with the option to take over my lease.
You will be living with Giacomo (25) and Oskar (19) Giacomo works in a tech startup, Oskar studies law at HU. They're both rather calm, busy persons.
We're looking for someone who's social, clean, considerate and busy with their own stuff too :-)
Our hobbies include cooking, CrossFit, reading, podcasts, swimming, climbing and we're always interested in trying out any other kind of sport.
