Unsere Wohlfühloase hat 4 Zimmer und ist 100m² groß. Dein Zimmer ist zur Ost-Seite und ist mit zwei großen Fenstern sehr hell. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange, zwei Regale und viele Pflanzen. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Wohnküche, ein Tageslichtbad und einen Balkon.
Our homebase has 4 rooms and is 100m² in size. Your room faces east and is very bright with two large windows. The room has a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, two shelves and lots of plants. We have a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Prinzenallee/Osloer Str. und ist sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Tram hält direkt vor der Haustür, U8/U9 (U Osloer Str./U Pankstr.) und S Gesundbrunnen/S Bornholmer Str. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sie liegt an einer recht befahrenen Kreuzung, aufgrund der neu eingesetzten Lärmschutzfenster bekommt man aber kaum etwas vom Straßenlärm mit. Es gibt unzählige Läden aus allen Kulturen der Welt, Restaurants und alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Die Panke zum entspannten flanieren ist 2-3min hinter dem Haus.
The flat is located on the corner of Prinzenallee/Osloer Str. and is very well connected to public transport. The tram stops right outside the front door, U8/U9 (U Osloer Str./U Pankstr.) and S Gesundbrunnen/S Bornholmer Str. are nearby. It is located at a fairly busy intersection, but due to the newly installed noise-protection windows, you hardly notice any of the street noise. There are countless shops from all cultures of the world, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The Panke is 2-3 minutes behind the house for a relaxed stroll.
In der Wohnung leben aktuell Tim (31) und Celeste (25). Wir sind politisch links der Mitte und reden gerne bei einem prickelnden Kaltgetränk auf dem Balkon über den ganz normalen Wahnsinn des Alltags. Wir arbeiten und gehen genauso gerne aus, lassen die Party aber vor der Haustür. Unser Putzplan funktioniert. Wir gehen respektvoll miteinander um, verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander aber leben genauso unsere eigenen Leben. Kurzum: Wir sind eine liebevolle WG-Gemeinschaft, die kurzfristig Verstärkung sucht!
Tim (31) and Celeste (25) currently live in the flat. We are politically left-wing and like to talk about the normal madness of everyday life over a sparkling cold drink on the balcony. We work and enjoy going out just as much, but we leave the party outside the front door. Our cleaning plan works. We treat each other with respect, enjoy spending time together but also live our own lives. In short: we are a loving flat-sharing community looking for short-term reinforcements!
Das Zimmer ist den gesamten April frei. Jonas Pflanzen bräuchten in seiner Abwesenheit Pflege, wobei Tim aber unterstützen kann. Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht, wenn du denkst das könnte passen. Wir freuen uns auf dich! Tim, Celeste & Jonas
