Hello, I am Gonzalo, 26 years old, and I am subletting my room from 18.08 until 30.09 since I'll be in Spain for some time.
The room is cozy, bright and fully furnished. It's important that you are a clean person that can take care of it!
The flat is located at the Prinzenallee in Gesundbrunnen and is very well connected, with the U Pankstraße Station (U8) 5 min away and the M13 Tram right beside the door. A Lidl is directly on the other side of the street, and Rewe, dm, and the big Gesundbrunnen Center are also very near.
My flatmates are Julian (28), Indra (26) and Julia (21). They study and work, and are very friendly and easygoing. Everybody has it's own space but we also love to chat around, eat or go out together. I'm sure you'll become good friends.
The monthly rent is 475€, so taking into account the days in August (200€), the price of the stay from the 18.08 until the 30.09 would make 675€ in total.
For now, the room is available until the 30.09, but it is possible that you can stay some more weeks, since I don't know yet when I am coming back.
