I'm traveling so I'm looking to sublet my room during that period. The room is 10 square meters. It has a study desk and chair, small bookshelf, clothes cupboard, clothes hanger and a double bed mattress. It is located on a quiet street and has two large windows and overlooks a small park and an old church. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom. There is a possibility of extension as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Rent for the month of December starting 14th December will be €250 for 2 weeks. There is a Lidl and Penny close by and a Rewe a short walking distance away.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet with supermarkets close by and plenty of restaurants around the area. There is a Lidl and a Penny at walking distance and a REWE one bus stop away. There are a couple of parks close by and the tram is about 3 mins walking with the nearest U-bahn (Pankstrasse) about a 5-8 min walk.
My flatmate is from Argentina and he’s a really helpful and kind guy. He works during the week until early afternoon and usually keeps to himself in his own room. If you need help around with anything he's always happy to assist if he's free. We respect each others space.
This offer would work well for a student or young professional. A relatively clean and generally quiet person would be an ideal fit.
