My roommate (Sarah) is subletting a room in our place from the 15th of February to 11th March. The room is very cosy (in total 11 square meters + a guest bathroom). All bedroom furniture is provided and you’ll have your own private bathroom!
Rent is 500 Euros warm (+ 500 Euro deposit to be returnedon the day of departure) for the whole duration. Preference for someone who stays the whole time BUT also available per night
Here are the rest of the details:
The apartment is huge, by Berlin standards, (150 m2!! in total), and that is maintained and decorated with love and care. The apartment has a lot of shared and private space. In total there are 6 rooms (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). Other rooms include a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The shared space (not including your room) is over 90m2!
The apartment is centrally located at 3. OG (there is a lift!) in Charlottenburg/Halensee area. It is only 10-minute walk to S-Charlottenburg and S-Halensee (S41/42 connection), 5-minute walk to buses M19/M29 and U7 Adenauerplatz.
We’re in a peaceful yet vibrant neighborhood, near several restaurants and cafes, Lietzensee-park and 4 grocery stores in walking distance. We’re also very close to Kantstraße, known for it's incredible Asian restaurants.
You’ll be living with 3 other people in the apartment. I (Aneeque) am an environmental economist who can cook delicious food :)) I am working full-time, so generally not at home during the daytime. Marvin and Natalie share the big room. They are a really nice couple but are going to move on the 1st of March 😥. So you will able to enjoy the apartment to yourself for quite some time.
Since it is a temporary sublet we won’t be able to provide anmeldung.
We all value our apartment greatly so looking for someone who is clean, easy going and peaceful . Extra points for someone who can take care of Sarah's plants while she is away.
