Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in.
Unsere Dachgeschosswohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau gelegen, mit hohen Decken, großem Wohn/Essbereich mit Terrasse, gemütlicher Küche und Stäbchenparkett. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Spree - und außerdem ist es auf einer eigenen Etage :)
Supermärkte, Spätis, U - (Turmstraße) und S - Bahn (Bellevue) sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt unten im Gebäude ist ein kleiner Bio-Laden, bei dem man gutes Brot, Wein, Käse und vieles mehr kaufen kann. Das beste an der Wohnung ist neben der Größe und den hellen Räumen das Spree-Ufer direkt vor der Tür. Hier verbringen wir im Sommer viel Zeit in der Sonne, beim Grillen, Wein trinken oder Sport machen!
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Berit und Marleen arbeiten beide unter der Woche. In der WG unternehmen wir ab und zu etwas zusammen oder setzen uns auf einen Kaffee zusammen, aber trotzdem hat natürlich jede/r auch seinen Freiraum und Privatsphäre.

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a subrent.
Our top-floor apartment is on the 5th floor of a beautiful Altbau building, with spacious and bright rooms, a balcony and a wooden floor. From the rooms you can see the city of Berlin and the river Spree.
Supermarkets, Spätis and U/ S-Bahn are located within walking distance. There is also a nice little Bio-Laden, downstairs in the building with amazing bread, cheese and whine.
The best part of the area is definitely the Spree, which is right there, when you walk outside the house: Barbecues, having a beer, reading or working out with a view, all possible within a minute!
Berit and Marleen work during the week like doing things together, but obviously everyone has their privacy as well:)
